Headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA, ACM was founded by partners Alan Birnbrauer and Michael Artman in June 2016. The company has over 45 years of combined detention construction experience between the owners as well as other affiliated specialty contracting companies.
Our clients include the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Departments of Corrections in several states, individual State and County Correctional Facilities, Department of Veterans Affairs, State Medical and Mental Health Centers, and our key Detention Equipment Contractor (DEC) and Precast Manufacturing partners.
